My dearest Fanny,

Received your most welcome letter and shure was glad to here from you. Your letter came to me Saturday a.m. if cause it was in the store Friday but I knew nothing of it so Saturday when I got to the store I seen a letter laying on the register and I was wondering who letter it was. Then I looked and saw it was from my little sweetie girl from Kansas, so you may know how happy I was because I was looking for a card or a letter Friday. So then I said to Kaiser where did this letter come from and he said it was here from Friday but was under some billheads. Well you may know it did not take me long to see what was in the same you know Friday I was looking for a letter from you and when I went home and no letter I shure did not know what to make of it. So I only read your letter about five times over. If I had got your letter Friday eve I would of assumed some but this way I only got it Saturday. So last night it was eleven o clock when I got home and then it was to late to write so this is Sunday afternoon and has been raining nearly all day so far. So I though I write you a letter and a few other letter I have to write one to my sister in Jersey City and one for my cousin in Brooklyn, NY.

I just had a dandy dinner and wish you were here to to half to eat some.

Your letter you wrote from Kansas City I received but the one from home I expect Monday. Well Fanny you don’t know how much I miss you. There is not one thing I look at that I don’t see you before me. It seems like one month since I seen you and I it only three days. I know I hate to see that train pull out with you on but I must say the same as you write in your letter I miss you but must make the best of it.

Well Fanny I am glad you arrived safe in Kansas and had a good night sleep. So you say you never got to see the one above and the best part is that past me is that you did not care.

Well I hope you and the young Laidy get acquainted so you can climb around Kansas City so it will not be so lonesome for you dear. I know if I were these you would not get lonesome and neither would I.

You know Fanny we went home in Mr Morris Kahn Ford and we took Flora home first and then I got off. There I think they took Lester home but she never said a word. No more then when we were coming home she said you lonesome. I said yes. Thursday when I was town town to get Chicken and Calves and coming home I stoped at Kahn 1949 and the only one home was Mrs. Kahn. So I was there for about half hour but she never anything but I expect she would like to but we should worry. We are 3+7.

Say dear you could of kissed me a dozen times I would not care what is the different one kiss or a dozen When you care for each other and specifically when you are going so far awary from me.

Now fanny dear I will write every chance I get and I hope you arrived home safe and found your folks in good health.

My sister sends her regards and Mr Judy wants to be remembered. He just went to the South Side to see the Kansas Girl. We kid each other about going to Kansas, coming home the night you left Chicago I said to Flora I may buy a ford and drive down to Coffeyvlle and she said I go with you well. Fanny be a good girl and I will do like wise. Give my regards to the folks. With love and kisses to my only.
