My dear sister,
Received your picture today, which Dave sent me, we think it is very good photo of you as Freda said this is just(?) Fanny and we were very glad to receive same.
Had a letter from Dave stating he had a lovely time only regret was his stay was too short.
Accept our heartiest congratulations and Fanny you must be very happy as I am very happy over this event as though it was my own announcement as Fanny you are getting one grand boy even though he is my brother word cannot express (dave) any different. Mother and Papa join me with best regards to all as ever for is Bertha.

Shure very happy over the news and can assure you are getting a prince of a young man as well as he is getting such a nice young lady.
Fanny dear when do you expect to be married as we hope you have a church wedding. Bertha and I decided to head South to the wedding. Berth is sending her picture to you it is very good of her only that because is ???? as ??? as the picture shows up.
I just can image what Flora Kahn will say it is her own fault she weighted(?) take if she received so close ??? ???. Write ??? unlesss for all the hapiness in the world. Best regards to all for all
