January 6th
My dearest sweetheart,
Just come home from Lodge and took my second & shure am happy that I went through I left the store at 4pm and just come home and the time is 12:30pm. Shure was a long session but I don’t care as long as I went through so I will keep busy on the work till I am through with my 3rd which will be 27th of January tomorrow night I must go over to Mr Jacob house and get instructions and Sunday morning down at the lodge hall. So I guess I will not get much time to write to my dearie. honey I want to tell you what I did when I was through with my seson in the lodge soon that is a small room where there was no one by my selfe in at the time. I took my watch out and took the back off and kisses you three times and said congratulations dear. Was not that sweet of me to think of you just as soon as I was out of the big lodge room. Honey you are a darling for writing me all these nice letter and the only thing I regreat I can’t find time to write to you. because you no don’t look for my letter well dear when I am through with the lodge work than your lover will say strict attention to you and see that your mail regular. I received two letter today and two monday dated Jan 2-3-4-4. You shure are a darling to write to me as often as you do. But you can bet I do appreciate it. Your dandy letter shure do cheer my up when I get lonesome.
Honey I must read there letter all over because yesterday and today I hardly found time to read them correctly but I must go over them to be shure I did not miss any of the news. I am still waiting the clipping if you can get them without putting yourselfe out to much. Yes dear you sent me the right letter. My folks want to read what he wrote honey I would love to write you a real big letter and hope some night I will have time my best to all and love and kisses and oodles of love to you dear from your lover and good car of yourselfe
Now I going to bed I will not get much sleep. 1am.
