My dearest Fanny,
Your dandy letter to hand and sure enjoyed to read it. I read it three times so you can just know how interesting your sweet letter are.I so glad that you are regaining your health and strength again and you boy sure was alarmed about you. you can’t blame me. when I think that you are the most wonderful Girl in all this whole world. and as I have many times wrote to you that you were ment for me so you see dear I can’t live without you. So you must be careful for your boys sake because your boy sure does love you if I only were there I would show you how much I realy love you and I know that my love is well repaid because it nice when one love the other and the love is return it sure must be tough, we say. Like Flora love Max and he don’t care for her. there is one case where the love is not turn and there is many thousands and thousands cases just like it. But this is not true in our case. We love each other more than words can tell.
I am glad that Jerry is back because is is my friend It seem. Fanny I never much care for a dog but I took a likeing to Jerry so he is my old standby and you say the pup is getting meaner well that is alright if he is getting meaner but don’t you get that way or else I will have to come down to Coffeyville like mother said and take care of you. ha ha.

I just come home and has my supper so I am writeing and when I am finish with your letter then I am going out to Fuente’s and move the new Shirley(?) home so little Gertrude gets into her own home so I have the Henny(?) awaiting outside for me to take me up to Fuente and I will give them your love. I was out to Feirdiesis yesterday for dinner and they had a wonderful dinner everything tasted so good and for desert we had cake and scharn-tauler and Mrs Shey that Feirdiesis mother in law she shure can cook and bake good eats. So Mrs Shey said if Fanny were here she could of healp to enjoy the dinner. And Alvin and Ethel were lovering each other by watching there love I learn so brand new one so dear when we meet again then I will try them out on you. So poor jack and Dave had to watch them love each other I think they just done it to make me jealous and from Feirdiesis Judy drove me over to Schoermman and then I had another wonderful supper. Hettie is wonderful cook and I sure did eat again she had a dandy supper the home made noodles I eat them baby all you ask Hettie and the Parker house noodles. Then after supper Hettie, Mr Schoerman and your lover walk over to Fuente and Dave Brother law was there. His name is Dan Levy. They have two nice children. Then I got in the card game and lost $2.50. See if I would of stayed out of the game I could of bought you another box of candy.
I had a letter from my Bro and he said he think we can get that place he was writing about and said if we can’t there are many other store vacant. I told Kaiser that this is my last week. So he should see that he get some one by the end of this week and dear if he get some one then I think I will not leave any later than next Tuesday, Feb 17th. So to night he said he don’t just get anybody because he can’t trust them and wanted to know sure if I were certain that I was going and I said sure you know he hates to see me go but dear you know if you don’t try you never know and this is for us boath and mean a whole lot if it is any good and the change well dear I must stay writing because I must be on my way to Dave so hurry get me.
