My dearest lover in all this world,
Your dandy letter to hand of 18th and sure was glad to here from you. Also glad to know that you are feeling fine again and dear take good care of your selfe. i have lost a little in weight if cause you can’t tell it on me by looking at me but I am eating like a good horse cleaning out the feed bin. I was up at the new Hungarians Restaurant and they sure give you good food stuff. I had Beef tongue and spinach, boiled potatoes and good coffee and pie. Now since I am eating where I please (and get good thing to eat) I will get nice and fat so when you get me I will be in good shape. Last night I was up at Dave Mlasky and CJ and he is going to get me six knives and six forks I am going to give that to Mary and Jack for a wedding present. I think that will be a nice present what do you think dear. Jack is very happy and he just bought himselfe a new suit and new shoes, he is getting already for his wedding day. Just think he will get married Saturday one week and then I wonder when our wedding day will be. Dave Mlasky said last night why don’t you get married. What are you waiting for it seem the folks are very anxious to see us get marry. Dear is not it true it nice to be in love when your love is well return. We are haveing real nice weather if cause it still is cold. I wish some times I were down where you are where there is lots of sunshine. You know dear when you write and tell me it is so warm out that you can sit on the front porch then I wish I could be there and sit on the porch with my dear lover.
Dear I expect you have my letter by this time and you know what I have decided on. I sure done a lot of thinking today. My first thought was I can’t see why we must be so far apart. When we are so in love with each other. Gee I bet if I were not to far way from you I sure would come and see you. Then I would not need to write. I expect if I come and see you I would not leave the house till the wee hours and the next day I would be all in but my shoe strings. I come home and had my bath and I am all dressed up in my bath robe. I glad you can’t see me.
When I am through writeing your letter then I will go to bed because to morrow is Saturday. Yes I bought a silk tie last night. I give myselfe a treat. So the boys must bring Twist home at night time so Jerry don’t eat him up. Which one of the dog do we get for a wedding present haha. So dear you were laying in bed thinking and thinking I give 3 cents if I knew what you were thinking or planning out.
Honey if there is anything you would like to advise me or tell me you know I want you to tell me what is the best because good addvice never does anyone any harm and I will only love you so much more when you tell me thingthat will help me out so at anytime you think of something just write it because the old saying is two heads ar ebetter than one. Give my love to mother Dady bro Richard and for you dear 50-11 kisses, 50-11 hugs and 50-11 loves so I guess that will hold you till the next letter.
Goodnight dear from Dave.
