Your dandy letter to hand of March 23rd and sure was glad to here from my only. Dear I just had my supper at 815pm and washed the dishes and now it is near 9pm and I just getting to write to you dear. Well I will try and write and see how much news I know because in your letter you want to know what is new. So i must try and tell you first all it is still raining has rained for two day and it done worse than that it poured down by the bucket full. I was like a drowned rat this morning. I went down town to get the veal and chicken and come home and was delivery orders but I finish up at noon and put lizzy in the garage. Well I got downtown this afternoon at 230 and meet Jack and he went with me to buy my clothes. I bought one shirt and overcoat hat and ect. I got rid of $100 bones haha! I bought a dark suit I think you will like it and a nice looking overcoat. I have few more things to buy for my trunk than I am done finish as the negro says. Jack asked how you were and they both want to be remembered to you. Jack is going to call me tonight around 10pm I went in to Leroy Bro and seen Dave M and picked out your ring and told them to fixed it up. Dave asked about you and we were talking about Gertrude. Honey every one know you and know me the first thing they do is asked about you. They don’t care about me it just you. I am a little jealous of you ha ha. No honey you know the time we were up to the movie show when Jack and Freda were along. well coming home that night on the car there was a laidy on the same car and she seen me with you and when she comes in the store she say well how is that cute girl you had with you that night.
Honey I am so glad you find my letter so intereting it does me good to here you tell it in your letter. Only some times I don’t know so much to write and still I like to wriet you a fair size letter. well I always try and do my best. Yes dear I only bring things that you really neede. leave the other thing at home
Honey I am the same way. I can’t wait from one time to another to get your letter so i guess we are about the same. Fanny B told me that her uncle Jacob or Flora Father look so bad again that they were down last week and he gets so lonesome for company and that it so long since they were there and they must go more often but the reason is they are so busy and she said that is the reason for the delay in Ben letter. She has been so busy to get stock in for mining so Ben took you to a show he is some bro. I wish I were there I expect I could of gone along or would I have to stay home to take causre of Luist. ha ha.
I had a dandy night rest and I going to bed as soon as your letter is finish and I would here of late I have been get your letter the first thing in the morning. well i kiss your picture and give you the once over and say do you love me and I say you do.
